The Marcus Weiss Experience
(6-Week Live Online Program)

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase, enrollment, access, and participation in The Marcus Weiss Experience (the “Program”), operated by Marcus Weiss (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By enrolling in or participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not enroll or participate.
1. Program Description
The JOY Experience is a six (6) week live, online educational and coaching experience designed to support personal leadership, joy-based performance, confidence, communication, and emotional intelligence.
The Program may include:
Live online group sessions
Experiential exercises and practices
Group discussions and Q&A
Downloadable resources
Lifetime access to session replays, where available
We reserve the right to modify the Program structure, schedule, content, or delivery platform while maintaining the overall intent and value of the experience.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to participate. By enrolling, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
3. Payment Terms
Program fees are listed at checkout and are due in full or according to an approved payment plan.
By enrolling, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method.
If you choose a payment plan, you agree to complete all payments even if you stop attending the Program.
Failed or late payments may result in temporary suspension of access until payment is resolved.
You are responsible for any applicable taxes required by your jurisdiction.
4. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the official Program start date (first live session).
To request a refund:
Email [email protected] within 30 calendar days of the Program start date.
Refund requests made after 30 days will not be honored.
Refunds will not be granted for:
Missed sessions
Partial participation
Failure to complete exercises
Dissatisfaction based on expectations not explicitly promised
After 30 days, all sales are final.
5. Attendance, Replays, and Lifetime Access
Live attendance is encouraged but not required.
Replays are provided for life, meaning as long as the Program platform exists and is maintained by the Company.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or perpetual platform availability due to factors beyond our control (technology changes, platform shutdowns, force majeure).
Lifetime access refers to access for the lifetime of the Program, not the lifetime of the participant.
6. Participant Conduct
The JOY Experience is grounded in respect, psychological safety, and shared growth.
By participating, you agree to:
Treat others with professionalism and respect
Maintain confidentiality of personal stories shared by other participants
Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior
Not record, redistribute, or share Program content without permission
We reserve the right to remove any participant—without refund—whose behavior compromises the integrity or safety of the Program.
7. Intellectual Property
All Program materials—including recordings, frameworks, exercises, documents, session content, brand names, trademarks, and methods—are the exclusive intellectual property of Marcus Weiss.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license for personal use only.
You may not:
Share or sell Program materials
Record sessions for redistribution
Use content to create competing products or services
Represent Program materials as your own
Violation may result in immediate removal and legal action.
8. No Guarantees; Educational Purpose
The Program is educational and experiential in nature. Individual results vary.
We do not guarantee:
Financial results
Career outcomes
Emotional or psychological transformation
Specific leadership or performance outcomes
Any examples or testimonials are illustrative only.
9. Health & Mental Health Disclaimer
The Program is not medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment and does not replace professional care.
By participating, you acknowledge that:
You are responsible for your physical, emotional, and mental well-being
You will seek professional help if needed
You will not use the Program as a substitute for medical or mental health services
If you are experiencing a crisis or are at risk of harm, contact local emergency services immediately.
10. Assumption of Risk
Participation may include movement, breathwork, emotional exploration, and interactive exercises.
You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and agree to engage only within your personal limits. Stop any activity that feels unsafe.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Marcus Weiss shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your participation.
Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Program.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Marcus Weiss from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from:
Your participation in the Program
Your breach of these Terms
Your violation of any law or third-party rights
13. Testimonials, Media & Recording Consent
Group sessions may be recorded.
By participating, you consent to:
Being recorded in a group learning environment
Use of anonymized or voluntarily provided testimonials for marketing purposes
If you prefer not to appear on recordings, you may keep your camera off.
14. Privacy
Your participation is subject to our Privacy Policy located at: https://funnels.themarcusweissexperience.com/privacy-policy
We collect only information necessary to deliver the Program and do not sell your personal data.
15. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to technology failures, illness, natural disasters, or acts of government.
Reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule or provide replays when possible.
16. Dispute Resolution; Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
In the event of a dispute:
The parties agree to attempt good-faith mediation first.
If unresolved, disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts of Nevada.
You consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in Nevada.
This structure provides strong protection while preserving your right to court remedies.
17. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.
18. Severability
If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
19. Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and checkout page disclosures, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company.
